Clever gestapelt Ein Lager ohne klassische Regale? Das wird möglich durch das Lagersystem AutoStore. Bei Gebrüder Weiss wurde es im Rahmen der Erweiterung des Standorts Budapest einge führt. Einlagerung, Materialfluss und Kommis sionierung laufen dabei weitgehend automa‑ tisiert – das spart Zeit, Platz und Energie! In einer Aluminiumkonstruktion werden Kunst stoffbehälter übereinandergestapelt, batterie betriebene Roboter entnehmen daraus die Waren und bringen sie zu den Kommissionier stationen. Der neue Logistikkomplex in Buda pest umfasst 10.000 Quadratmeter und beinhaltet neben Büroflächen eine Umschlags halle und ein Hochregallager. Den Großteil der benötigten Energie für Gebäude und Elektrofahrzeuge liefert eine Photovoltaikan lage. Insgesamt bietet Gebrüder Weiss in Ungarn an sieben Standorten mit 425 Mitarbei tenden Full-Service-Logistik an.
A warehouse without traditional shelving? No problem, thanks to the AutoStore system installed by Gebrüder Weiss as part of expand- ing its Budapest site. The storage, material flows and order picking are largely automated – saving time, space and energy. Plastic containers are stacked in an aluminum grid; battery-powered robots remove the goods and deliver them to the picking stations. The new logistics complex in Budapest measures 10,000 square meters and includes office space along with a tranship- ment hall and a high-bay warehouse. A dedi- cated photovoltaic system supplies most of the power required for both the buildings and the electric vehicles. With a total workforce of 425, Gebrüder Weiss offers full-service logistics at seven locations in Hungary.
