“myOrangeCollege” in-house learning platform

Gebrüder Weiss promotes further training and development through classroom training and digital formats – including our own “myOrangeCollege” learning platform. Further training strengthens cooperation, increases efficiency and improves the quality of our work. Training programs sup- port both professional and personal development. Our goal is to equip our employees with the skills that are necessary to achieve long-term success and develop adaptability. The learning progress that our employees achieve is recognized and rewarded in their day-to-day work and in their career development. Gebrüder Weiss provides globally suitable learning solutions for teams and organizational units. Our “myOrangeCollege” (myOC) learning platform offers a wide variety of formats, can be used flexibly in everyday working life and is available throughout the Group. The knowledge in the company is shared and expanded around the world. E-learning is becom- ing increasingly important here, while online courses addition- ally reduce the need to travel. The learning strategy combines various formats and tailors offers specifically to individual requirements. This strengthens motivation, long-term learning success and the skills to handle new tasks.
