How do we promote the employees’ voice as well as dialog in the company?
Gebrüder Weiss recognizes the right of all employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining. We base our principles here on the global standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO) as well as the UN Global Compact on responsible corporate governance and respect all forms of legitimate employee representation. The majority of our workforce is employed on the basis of collective bargaining agreements and represented through employee co-determination. The cooperation with works councils and trade unions takes place on an equal footing and is based on constructive dialog. No serious violations of the right to freedom of association or collective bargaining were identified within our company in the reporting period.
