Gebrüder Weiss asked its employees in Europe for their opinion in the spring and summer of 2024. A total of 4,603 colleagues took part in the 2024 YourVoice Europe survey – an impressive response rate of 68 percent. The feedback generally turned out to be very positive: 90 percent of the respondents said their skills and knowledge are well matched to their work. A particular highlight, however, is the visible pride that the team has in the company: 78 percent of the employees report - ed that they were proud to work at Gebrüder Weiss. That is 16 percentage points higher than the international benchmark in the transport and logistics industry – a strong sign that the employees identify with the company.
