GRI 2-15, 2-16 Gebrüder Weiss has a binding Code of Conduct as well as a compliance guideline that regulate how the company deals with conflicts of interest. Members of the highest governance body are required to report potential or actual conflicts of inter - est without undue delay. They can do this for example through the anonymous whistleblowing hotline set up by Gebrüder Weiss. Conflicts of interest are documented and investigated by the Compliance Committee. GRI 2-17 Information on the collective knowledge of the highest gov- ernance body may not be disclosed in order to protect the privacy of the individuals in question. GRI 2-18 The performance of the sustainability office is monitored by the Management Board. The Management Board is in turn subject to the independent review of the Supervisory Board. The public auditor takes on the task of monitoring the Su- pervisory Board. All these reviews are conducted at regular intervals and lead, if necessary, to action being taken. GRI 2-19, 2-20, 2-21 Information on the remuneration policy, processes for deter- mining remuneration and the annual total compensation ratio is subject to a non-disclosure obligation.
