Any deviations (e.g. delays) can be proactively reported by senders and recipients. Real-time data – better communication SE has real-time access to all the details of the delivery, the costs and the current status of shipments. Individual reports on transport performance filtered by time period are also available. All this greatly improves the quality of all communication (SE plants, logistics service providers, recipients).
