The order status can be checked at any time and Gebrüder Weiss proactively informs Otto Austria if the customer wishes to make any changes. The highest quality – even under extreme time pressure Gebrüder Weiss delivers 125,000 shipments for Otto Austria annually in Austria alone – the majority of these in the run-up to Christmas. Around 200 employees across eight of its own locations provide outstanding Home Delivery services every day – thereby ensuring satisfied customers.
