THE CHALLENGE
Freitag operates its own flagship stores in Tokyo and Osaka. These stores and 50 other Japanese dealers were previously stocked with goods directly from the Zurich production location. In order to simplify delivery, storage and returns management, Freitag was looking for a local logistics provider in Japan. The goal: swift and customized delivery to stores and dealers.
The challenge:
● Weekly change of product range to present new products on an ongoing basis
● No dedicated storage space in the shops
● High number of returns
